The chain is formed from classic curb links measuring 4mm in width, each individually hallmarked, reflecting the high standards of early 20th-century jewellery making. It has been designed in the traditional Albert Chain style, it features a 40mm T-Bar fastening that rolls smoothly through the links, providing both visual appeal and practical wear.
Suspended from the chain is a beautifully detailed reversible fob pendant, featuring the Makers Mark M W & J and hallmarked during 1932–1933. One side is set with a richly coloured Bloodstone, prized for its deep green tones and historic symbolism of strength and protection. The reverse features Cornelian, known for its warm red-orange hue and association with vitality and confidence. Both gemstones are traditionally polished cabochons, enhancing their natural depth and colour.
The necklace measures 16 inches in length and is secured with a swivel fitting and jumbo bolt ring, ensuring comfort and reliability. It weighs an impressive 28.9 grams, giving this Rose Gold Chain a luxurious feel and makes a confident statement when worn.
