A beautiful Antique Albert Chain crafted from 9ct Yellow Gold.
The chain is fitted with double swivels and a T-Bar measuring 35mm in length. The links are uniform measuring 5.5mm in width and would have originally been worn across the waist coat.
Each link is individually stamped and the Makers Mark is J.G & S for John Grinsell & Sons of Victoria Works in Birmingham. This mark was used between the years 1882 and 1919, what a gorgeous piece of history.
The Albert Chain is 16 inches in length and weighs 35.3 grams.
