This bracelet has traditional curb links that graduate from 6.5mm to 9mm and they are all individually stamped.
The bracelet is secured by a swivel fitting that features the Makers Mark S.Bros which would suggest that it was originally manufactured in the 1890s. S. Bros had premises on Tenby Street in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
It weighs an impressive 35.1 grams and would fit a 20cm wrist. You don't get to salvage many bracelets like this and it is so lovely to find such a substantial piece in such excellent condition.
