Your satisfaction is our primary concern! So, if you purchase an item online and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund. Exemptions include items which have been sized or adjusted in any way as per your requests and items that have been purchased on layaway terms.
To receive a refund or credit note:
- You must notify us by email within 14 days after you receive the item(s).
Returns must be sent to us within 24 hours after notification.
Items must be returned in the exact condition as dispatched, in the original packaging and without damage or alterations in order to receive your refund. Any accessories including the box and sales receipt must also be included.
- A refund processing fee of up to 5% exists; this fee covers the processing fee from the payment providers. We don't charge for the time/cost involved in processing the refund.
Returning your items:
- All items must be packaged securely and can be returned in their original packaging which was designed to keep them secure. When you received your item(s) you will have noticed an additional weatherpoof/tamperproof envelope that can be used to secure the items.
Please request a returns label from us which will vary dependent on your location. This will need to be printed. Attach the label to the envelope and either drop the parcel at your local post office or allow us to arrange a courier collection.
Please keep proof of postage.
Refunds or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item(s). Your return and completion of your refund will be confirmed via email.
