A fabulous Antique 9ct Rose Gold Albert Bracelet, featuring an unusual combination of elongated trombone links and beautifully twisted rope-style connecting links.
Crafted in 9ct Rose Gold, the bracelet weighs an impressive 34 grams and measures 22cm in length, giving it a wonderfully substantial feel on the wrist. The elongated trombone links measure approximately 8mm in width, creating a bold, open design that is beautifully balanced by the smaller twisted links positioned between them.
The contrast between the two link styles is what makes this bracelet so appealing. The smooth, polished trombone links provide a clean, elegant structure, while the intricate rope-style connecting links introduce texture and movement. Together, they create a distinctive pattern that looks equally impressive worn alone or alongside other antique gold jewellery.
A particularly desirable feature is that the links are individually stamped, reflecting the attention to detail found in antique gold chains and bracelets. The bracelet also retains a handsome 35mm T-bar, complete with a rolling centre fitting, which hangs beautifully from one of the links and adds another classic element to its design. The T-bar bears the Makers Mark H A & S, attributed to Henry Aldy & Sons, whose mark was registered in 1883 at Warstone Lane in Birmingham.
The bracelet is finished with a traditional swivel clasp, complementing the T-bar and allowing it to be fastened securely.
