Georgian/Edwardian Half Sovereign & Enamel Bracelet (Higher Resolution Photos)
Every now and then you come across something exceptional and this is one of those pieces. If you like coin jewellery we think you will be hard pressed to find something as impressive. Of the five half sovereigns one is Edward (1908) and four are George (1925, 1925, 1925 & 1915). Each is individually set in a fabulously enamelled circular frame. The enamel changes with the light and goes from the verdant green to an azure blue. Decorated with a floral pattern and with the most gorgeous enamel and 9ct gold clasp to match this really is special. The clasp reminds us of an antique book and each coin is linked with bold 9ct bolt rings. The bracelet measures 3cm at its widest point and is long, at 20cm. It weighs 56 grams in total. 20 grams are 22ct gold and the remaining weight is 9ct gold.
