Multi-Strand Aquamarine Torsade Necklace (Higher Resolution Photos)
Oh how we love this! Comprising five strands of graduated aquamarine beads bound together by gold thread and an adjustable knot. We estimate over 600 carats of aquamarine in total!! Packing a punch with a weight of 136 grams you'll not be fooled if someone tries to swipe this one from your neck!
The beads start off at a uniform 4mm and reach 2.4cm at their widest point. Each strand hangs slightly below the next but these can be twisted to suit to either flatten or inflate the effect. The adjustable knot adds yet more versatility allowing the beads to be worn up to 34 inches in length. Although our preference would be to hang the beads at about 18 inches.
This is a big statement necklace!
