9ct Rose Gold Double Albert Chain from 1920! (Higher Resolution Photos)
A beautiful graduated rose gold double albert chain with swivel clasps, t-bar and shield fob. This would originally have been worn across the waistcoat with the 't' bar through the button hole and the two graduated chains spread across the pockets to each side, the medal suspended beneath. Quite the statement!
Each link is individually stamped and the total item weight is 51.1 grams. The fob is marked HB & S, the makers mark for Herbert Bushell & Sons in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
The necklace measures 15 inches and each link is individually stamped. This is a gorgeous piece of history. Can be worn perfectly as a necklace or for its original purpose.
