Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring - 2.20ct (Higher Resolution Photos)
Ah love! J'adore the old cut diamond and this one is exceptionally lovely. Measuring 2.20ct with a Presidium dial gauge and gorgeously white the brilliance of this diamond is magnificent. With tapered baguette shoulders and a fabulously pointed setting this ring dazzles. There are some small eye visible inclusions (but you need to look closely!) and you can see perfectly through to the traditional open culet. Truly one of our favourite stones. The old cut spreads 7.3mm by 8mm and has a depth of 4.5mm so it's impressive on the finger. The baguettes tip the total diamond weight in excess of 2.50ct. Love, love, love!
