15ct Gold Fancy Chain (Higher Resolution Photos)
A beautiful 15ct fancy link chain extending to 22 inches and secured with a 15ct swivel. How we love these old chains!
The patina is a delightful shade of yellow, more akin to a higher carat and the grooved belcher links connect four hollow, cathedral style feature links.
The chain has been acid tested (visible in the photographs) and shows signs of its age in the form of the odd bump and dent but we think this adds to its beauty. We estimate that this chain was produced in the late 1800s so we can forgive a little wear and tear!
Weighing 20 grams and stamped 15ct on the swivel!
