A Stunning Platinum Aquamarine & Diamond Ring (Higher Resolution Photos)
Probably our favourite of all the current aquamarine stock!
Perfectly inspired deco with wonderful symmetry and straight lines we present an emerald cut aquamarine measuring 9mm by 7mm and weighing in excess of 1.50ct.
The emerald cut is surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds, all set in platinum, with two baguette cuts in line with the shank. The shank is also set with three diamonds at each side. The profile is slim and the setting is smooth. A very comfortable ring to wear and extremely striking to the eye!
We believe that this ring is not original deco but was more likely produced in the 1940s or the 1950s. It is stamped PLAT and tests as platinum using an XRF analyser. It is currently size N 1/2 and can be sized to suit.
