Date 1909! 18ct Gold Gents Signet Ring (Higher Resolution Photos)

A wonderful Gents Signet Ring with a Shield Head crafted in 18ct Yellow Gold. The ring was hallmarked in Birmingham between 1909 - 1910.
The shield measures 13mm by 12mm and is hand engraved with a monogram type of engraving. The initials look like MPP in a scroll engraving. The engraving is strong yet shallow so could be potentially removed if personalisation is important.
The shank is 4mm in width and is smooth and substantial. The ring weighs 6.0 grams, is a Size V 1/2 and unfortunately cannot be sized due to the placement of its deep hallmark.
