Your satisfaction is very important to us. When you purchase from us online, you have statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive your item(s).
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within this 14-day period.
The right to cancel does not apply to items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including items that have been sized, altered or modified at your request, or any other goods which are exempt under consumer legislation.
You may inspect the item in the same way you would in a physical shop. However, if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund for any resulting loss in value.
Once we receive your returned item(s), or you provide evidence that the item has been sent back, we will issue your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will refund the price paid for the item(s) and the cost of standard outbound delivery (if applicable).
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We do not charge any restocking, handling or administration fees for returns made under your statutory right to cancel.
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting us. All exchanges are subject to availability and inspection of the returned item.
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected by this returns policy.
To notify us of a cancellation or return, please email us and include your order number and name.
Where an online purchase is made under a layaway or instalment arrangement, your statutory cancellation rights apply only where the contract qualifies as a distance consumer contract under Irish consumer law. Items that are made to order, sized, altered or reserved following a specific customer request are excluded.
Nothing in this policy limits or affects your legal rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
