I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sharna, I explained what I was looking for which was a little unusual. Sharna very kindly took the time to listen to all I was hoping for and gave me brilliant advice, particularly for shopping for authentic pieces online. I was blown away by her knowledge of fine jewelry and immediately felt at ease. Absolutely no pressure or sale talk, I knew I was in safe hands.
