Platinum Art Deco Diamond Engagement Ring weighing 1.65cts (Higher Resolution Photos)
The setting of this ring is simply divine.
An original Art Deco setting the central diamond has been replaced over the years and now measures 1.65cts (with a Presidium Diamond Gauge).
The focal round brilliant cut diamond is impressive and its brilliance matches that of 1920s diamonds excellently. You can see visible inclusions but this only adds to the old school charm.
Each shoulder has three round brilliant cut diamonds in step formation typical of the early period. Sitting almost 1cm above the finger this ring has stature.
Currently size Q 1/5 but can be altered to suit. Stamped PLAT.
