Padlock Charm/Pendant with Key (Higher Resolution Photos)
We are in love with this 9ct gold padlock. It is so fabulously crafted and in absolutely perfect working order, there is the most wonderful clicking sound when you turn the key to unlock the heart. Almost magical. It's hard to imagine a more symbolic gift.
The heart could work as part of a clasp or charm. It would also make the most delightful pendant as a symbol of everlasting love. Literally giving someone the key to your heart.
Crafted from 9ct gold we date the padlock back to the early 1900s. In meticulous condition.
The padlock and key collectively weigh 3.3 grams and the padlock measures 20mm by 14mm when closed. There is no hallmark.
