18ct Gold Georg Jensen Amethyst Ring (Higher Resolution Photos)
In LOVE with this vintage Georg Jensen ring!
Designed by Harald Nielsen in the 1940s this is a unique find. Occasionally discovered in Silver but rarely in Gold here we can admire the beautiful George Jensen 18ct Gold patina.
8.4 grams of 18ct Gold, a single piece that houses a spectacular deep purple cabochon Amethyst measuring 12mm by 9mm.
The ring isn't polished (but it could be!) so it does show signs of wear... we think this adds to the appeal and are quite reluctant to erode the fabulous original dimensions with even a minor buff!
The ring is currently a Size L but can be sized a small amount!
