I was really hoping to find a truly unique and high end piece of jewelry for an important anniversary. The name DeBruns kept being mentioned to me, so I decided to make a quick call. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sharna, I explained what I was looking for which was a little unusual. Sharna very kindly took the time to listen to all I was hoping for and gave me brilliant advice, particularly for shopping for authentic pieces online. I was blown away by her knowledge of fine jewelry and immediately felt at ease. Absolutely no pressure or sale talk, I knew I was in safe hands. Sharna also reassured me of their lock tight return policy which was brilliant. They truly endeavour to take care of their customers. When my piece arrived it was packaged so carefully and absolutely sparkled. So glad I found DeBruns their customer care and expertise is exemplary.
